Cancun and the Riviera Maya are like Mexico in the first line of custom options that Virtuoso agents handle.
In order to strengthen the arrival of American visitors to the tourist destinations of the Mexican Caribbean, a delegation from the Tourism Promotion Council of Quintana Roo (CPTQ) participated in the Virtuoso Travel Week 2019, held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This event brings together travel agents, representatives of destinations and media focused on the travel segment of high purchasing power internationally, who showed a special interest in Bacalar and Holbox.
In his participation, Darío Flota Ocampo, general director of the CPTQ, commented that “for the Mexican Caribbean to be present in the Virtuoso week, in which there was the opportunity to hold more than 400 individual appointments with travel agents specialized in tourism Luxury, it is a great opportunity not only to present the novelties of the tourism product in that segment but also to get to know first hand the opinions and what the specialized travel agents express regarding our destinations.
